Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

Enrollment gives one person access to the Draco K9 Academy curriculum and platform for the term stated at purchase. Your account is personal. Sharing your login, or redistributing, reselling or republishing the lesson material, ends access without a refund.

2. Education, not professional advice

Everything here is educational. It is not veterinary advice, not behavioural consultation for a specific animal, and not legal advice about assistance animals. You remain solely responsible for your dog, for decisions about its health and care, and for anything it does.

3. Training carries risk

Working with dogs — particularly large, driven breeds — carries a risk of injury to you, your dog and other people and animals. You accept that risk. Use judgement, work within your own competence, and stop and seek qualified in-person help when a situation is beyond it. We are not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from how you apply this material.

4. Completion records

Records issued by the Academy show that a course of study was completed. They are not a professional certification, a working title, or a service-dog credential of any kind, and must not be presented as one.

5. Refunds

If the program is not what you expected, write to contact us within 30 days of enrollment and we will refund you in full.

6. Your content

Your dog profiles, journal entries and progress belong to you. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them for anything but running your account. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Changes to the program

The curriculum will grow and be corrected over time — that is a feature, and lessons added during your term are included. We may reorganise or replace material, and where a correction matters to safety we will make it prominent rather than quiet.

8. Ending access

You can stop using the Academy whenever you like. We may suspend an account that shares credentials, redistributes material, or abuses the service, and will tell you why.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
